Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If FreshPod doesn't work for you for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — exchange or full refund.

Eligibility

Refunds and exchanges are available for orders within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original or like-new condition. We do not require return shipping for defective items — just send us a photo.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Email hello@trend-store.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps. For defective products, include a photo and we'll process your refund or replacement immediately — no return required.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 1–3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been delivered and used extensively (beyond reasonable testing), or for orders where incorrect shipping addresses were provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We stand behind every shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they haven't been shipped yet. Email us immediately at hello@trend-store.shop with your order number. After shipment, the standard return process applies.
